FINDING THE PERFECT VENUE

  1. Our guarantee is that we will find you a range of suitable venues to suit your brief and budget, within a timescale set by you
  2. We will take a detailed brief, which will be confirmed back to you. Then you can leave the searching to us and get on with something else
  3. The search starts immediately to match suitable venues to your requirements. We will check the availability and prices, to make sure what we offer is right for you
  4. You’ll be kept informed of the progress and consulted every step of the way
  5. At the end of the search process we will call you to discuss the venues suitability and your preferences
  6. We will send you a proposal with a shortlist of venues that includes; A description of each venue ,Location,   Meeting room information,Catering details,A photograph, The dates on hold and the status, The prices, what’s included and any savings we have negotiated for you,  We’ll also let you know which other venues we’ve researched but weren’t available.

ACCOMMODATION

We offer a fully managed room allocation and booking service for large events to take the pressure out of arranging accommodation on-site or at nearby hotels. Our in-depth industry knowledge of hotels in the UK and abroad means that you can have a booking service tailored to your event, minimizing costs and saving time in the process. We can also book rooms for you on an individual basis – contact us with your requirements.

 How We Work

To support your events:

  • We take a detailed brief, which will be confirmed back to you in writing
  • Our team researches suitable hotels, negotiates discounted rates and takes an allocation of rooms on your behalf
  • We present you with a special accommodation package and rate card for approval
